Solar Technician
Job description
As a Solar Technician, you will be very important in making sure our home solar kit/system (batteries, radio’s, lamps, and solar panels) works well for everyone.
About the role
- Find and fix problems with solar systems.
- Talk to our partners and customers to help solve their technical problems with the solar kit/system and teach them about its use.
- Train the sales agents and other technicians in charge of customer installations on the operation, troubleshooting and installation of the products.
- Keep track of what you do each day and share it to help make our products even better.
About you
- You have studied something like electrical, electronic, or solar engineering.
- You know how to use tools to fix electrical devices and aren’t new to solving problems with them.
- You are comfortable with everyday software like Word and Excel, using Teams for communication, and handling emails.
- You speak the local language and are from the (surrounding) area.
- Knowing English well is important for working with us.
