Job Description

  • Manage projects from contract award to completion, in Serbia and Montenegro
  • Interact with Customers during the project lifecycle ensuring project deliverables meet their needs
  • Project risk assessment
  • Prepare project management plan and documentation
  • Plan, monitor, and control of time and cost
  • Prepare and execute project-related orders
  • Financial and commercial monitoring
  • Coordinate preparation of technical documentation
  • Manage changes during execution
  • Coordinate and lead teams of colleagues and subcontractors in all project phases
  • Supplier control
  • Organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for customers
  • Organize, coordinate and supervise installation, assembly, and commissioning on-site
  • Organize training and final project handover with customers
  • Prepare reports on project execution and monthly activities
  • Support sales teams in sales phase of projects
  • Support preparation of offers and contracts for customers and subcontractors
  • Develop after-sales services for delivered projects

What Makes You a Good Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing small and complex projects domestically or internationally
  • University degree (Level VII) – preferably in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems or Automation)
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in computer use – MS Office package
  • Preferred licenses: design and execution
  • PMP or similar Project Management education is a plus
