Program Manager
Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced program manager to join our energy storage consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The program manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
About the role
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage project team members and ensure that they have the necessary resources to complete
their tasks. - Ensure that all projects adhere to our quality and safety standards.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the energy storage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good understanding of the energy storage industry and the challenges associated with implementing storage projects.
