Call for service providers for organising a three day corporate conference in Nigeria
Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) will organise the ARE Energy Access Investment Forum (EAIF 2024) on 21-23 May 2024 in Lagos, Nigeria.
To support the organisation of EAIF 2024, ARE seeks the services of independent firms to carry out the following tasks:
- Audio Visual Services
- Branding, printing, ushers, and other related services
- Interpretation in English and French
- Providing rooms for ARE Investment Academy
- Entertainment
The firms with a proven track record in successfully planning, coordinating, and executing services indicated above at large-scale business events are eligible to submit their proposals for the Terms of References (ToRs) listed below at are@ruralelec.org by 8 March 2024. All applying firms must be duly registered and in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Each firm has the option to submit proposals for all ToRs, a specific ToR, or any combination thereof based on their preferences.
