Manamuz Electric was conceptualised in 2008 at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka when the co-founders who were students at the time started working together to provide electrical installation services to fellow students in the university. Over time, we transitioned from freelance electricians to an integrated clean technology energy company that provides a complete suite of Electrical, Energy Efficiency, and Renewable Energy offerings for African homes, businesses, and communities.

Currently, we are committed to advancing the productive use of clean energy in rural agro communities. Hence, we launched the ColdBox Store (, a network of solar-powered cold storage solutions that work together to form an integrated cold chain. The outcome is the elimination of post-harvest losses in perishable foods supply chain.  Essentially, we leverage solar power and energy efficiency technology to transform African food systems.
