ARE shines as official industry partner at OFF-GRID Expo + Conference 2023
In a remarkable showcase of commitment to sustainable power solutions for rural areas, ARE took centre stage as the official industry partner at the OFF-GRID Expo + Conference 2023. This annual event, dedicated to advancing practical solutions for off-grid power supply, once again proved to be a highlight in the calendar, drawing over 40 exhibitors and approximately 600 participants from 21 countries.
Deepak Mohapatra from ARE, expressed enthusiasm about the impact of the conference, stating, “The OEC 23 Conference was once again the centerpiece of the event. The first-class presentations on topics such as green hydrogen, small wind turbines, integrated solar cooking, female entrepreneurship, energy storage and the productive use of renewable energies enabled us to inspire participants and encourage intensive discussions.“
One notable aspect of this year’s expo was the introduction of several innovations, including Hall 1 as a new venue and the ‘Innovation Stage’ as the second stage. These additions enhanced the overall experience for visitors, providing a dynamic environment for exploring cutting-edge technologies and breakthrough ideas in the field of off-grid power solutions.
Despite the challenges posed by weather and travel disruptions, the OFF-GRID Expo + Conference 2023 proved to be a resilient and impactful event, playing a pivotal role in driving discussions, fostering collaboration, and promoting sustainable solutions for powering remote and underserved communities around the world.
