Call for service providers: booking of meeting rooms for Nigeria Renewable Energy Innovation Forum 2025
The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) seeks a service provider through the comprehensive terms of reference below for booking meeting rooms for the Nigerian Renewable Energy Innovation Forum (NREIF) 2025. The forum, organised by the Nigerian Rural Electrification Agency (REA), is scheduled to take place on 14-15 October 2025, in Abuja, Nigeria. ARE will act as the “Main Industry Partner” of the event.
The hotels and venues offering outstanding Wi-Fi connectivity, guaranteed safety measures, convenient accessibility, ample space capacity, and a proven history of hosting successful events are eligible to submit their proposals for this ToR.
All applying firms must be duly registered and in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of Nigeria.
Deadline to submit proposals: 29 September 2025.
