Call for service providers: branding & marketing, event coordination, interpretation, live stream
The ARE Energy Access Investment Forum (EAIF), organised by the Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE), is scheduled to take place on 21-23 April 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.
To support the organisation of EAIF 2026, ARE seeks the services of independent firms to carry out the following tasks:
- Branding & marketing
- Event coordination
- Interpretation
- Live stream
The firms with a proven track record in successfully planning, coordinating, and executing services indicated above at large-scale business events are eligible to submit their proposals for the Terms of References (ToRs) listed below at o.ozkan@ruralelec.org. All applying firms must be duly registered and in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of Kenya.
Each firm has the option to submit proposals for all ToRs, a specific ToR, or any combination thereof based on their preferences.
