Call for service providers for booking of 8 meeting rooms in Abuja, Nigeria
Booking of meeting rooms for Nigerian Renewable Energy Innovation Forum 2025
The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) seeks a service provider through the comprehensive terms of reference below for booking meeting rooms for the Nigerian Renewable Energy Innovation Forum (NREIF) 2025. The forum, organised by the Nigerian Rural Electrification Agency (REA), is scheduled to take place on 5-7 August 2025, in Abuja, Nigeria. ARE will act as the “Main Industry Partner” of the event.
Eight meeting rooms will accommodate 30 participants each and will include WiFi, tables, chairs, and water bottles.
The hotels and venues offering outstanding Wi-Fi connectivity, guaranteed safety measures, convenient accessibility, ample space capacity, and a proven history of hosting successful events are eligible to submit their proposals.
