Sales Manager
Job description
We are looking for energetic, passionate and customer service driven individual to join our emerging team. Your main aim will be to gain new business opportunities and increase our market share in the region through your sales team strategy, planning and focused activities. You will be working closely with our customers, building long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. You will also keep in touch with the Product Management in our HQ in Prague and our colleagues from other worldwide subsidiaries.
Your daily work will include the following:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base and revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales team strategy and activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare financial forecasts and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability
- Utilise CRM tools to maintain accurate sales data and optimise decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.
- Address conflicts and negotiate favourable agreements while maintaining positive relationships.
What we expect from you:
- Min 3-years experience in Sales team leadership in B2B sales
- Knowledge of Diesel, Gas Power Generation or Hybrid Microgrid solutions
- ComAp portfolio know-how is a great advantage
- Confidence in building strong relationships with our customers in the region
- Strategic team thinking, proactivity and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Electrical education or extensive industry experience
- Be prepared to travel to visit our customers across the whole SADC region
- English language on advanced level
- Full and clean driving license
