Job description

Your role  

  • XANT sells through partnerships with system integrators and local installation & maintenance companies. It is your role to set up a global network of trusted distribution partners, to foster their enthusiasm to promote XANT products and keep them abreast of the latest technological evolutions.  
  • XANT makes intensive use of digital marketing for building up brand recognition in a very cost-effective way. You will oversee the on-line marketing strategy of XANT encompassing newsletter, website, video-channels, LinkedIn pages and Twitter account.  You will be supported by the team for content creation and ICT tasks.  
  • You will identify key markets and players to focus on. You will set sales targets and contribute to the long-term business strategy of XANT by defining the product features specific markets or clients require.  


  • Commercial, entrepreneurial, optimistic and target driven
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Sound insight to translate market needs into engineering specs;  
  • Prior experience in a sales function for an OEM is a must
  • Fluent in English (written and orally); knowledge of other languages is a plus 


  • XANT headquarters are based in Brussels, near the city Centre  
  • The position requires frequent international travel
