We are looking for an experienced, independent professional with a strong technical and commercial background, ideally with hands-on experience using or selling Victron Energy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with Victron standards, performance, and customer service expectations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in cooperation with distributors and key accounts.
  • Provide product and system training, both online and on-site, to partners and installers.
  • Offer technical and commercial support for project design, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking with internal teams.
  • Support partner-driven marketing initiatives, events, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Southeast Asia and able to travel regionally.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); a secondary language such as Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar industry and in the region.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, distribution management, and working with OEMs and EPCs.
  • Experience with Victron Energy products is highly valuable and considered a strong pre-requisite.

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter, independent, and capable of managing priorities in a remote setting.

What We Offer

  • Competitive service partner fee structure and performance-based incentives.
  • The opportunity to represent a global leader in power conversion and energy solutions.
  • Flexible, remote work environment with support from a global team.
  • Travel and home office expenses covered, including costs for meetings, events, and training.
