Sales representative (m/f/d) for the technical sales of photovoltaic and solar systems

Job description

About the role

  • Telephone advice and support for our customers.
  • Design of PV and solar systems.
  • Preparation of individual offers as well as yield and profitability calculations of holistic supply concepts, e.g. combination of PV system, wallbox and heating solutions.
  • Advising our customers on site as well as supporting our existing customers.
  • Support of the projects from sale to completion.
  • Management of our service providers.
  • Co-design of the expansion and further development of our product solutions in technical sales, e.g. (heating concepts, photovoltaics, e-mobility).

About you

  • A technical degree or apprenticeship, ideally as an electrician with further training as a technician/master craftsman, or a commercial apprenticeship in combination with a high level of basic technical understanding and relevant professional experience in the sales of PV and solar systems.
  • In-depth expertise in the fields of electrical engineering, photovoltaics and solar thermal energy is an absolute prerequisite, and expertise in the field of heat pumps is an advantage.
  • Initial experience in the energy industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service and sales activities.
  • Initial experience in the technical design of PV systems desirable.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Strong communication skills and binding appearance.
  • Independent and responsible way of working.
  • High level of commitment and flexibility.
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programs.
  • Class B driving licence.
