Sales Administrator
Job description

Off-Grid Europe is an internationally oriented company in the field of renewable energies and intelligent technologies with a focus on Africa.
You will have 40 colleagues from 20 different nations in our team in Germany. We also have 70 employees in Senegal who install and commission our systems on site.
In order to shape the future of Off-Grid, we are now looking for a person who is keen to help us build our Sales Team and make it ready for our next big steps.
Your duties
- You assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Process orders, manage sales data, and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Schedule and organise sales meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Compile sales reports, analyse sales data, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and product details within our ERP system.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the energy or renewable sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and an ERP system
- You are detail-oriented with super strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Very good English and good German skills are mandatory for this position
