  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
  • In-depth understanding of clients business models, needs and challenges.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and training processes.
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
  • Help clients in achieving their goals.

About you

  • 3-years + experience in customer success in a SaaS start-up or B2b Large corporate.
  • Fluent in French + English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly analytical.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
