Pricing & Go to Market Associate



Job description

The Associate will work within a driven and supportive team with colleagues across four continents who are committed to d.light’s mission of impacting 1 billion lives by 2030.

About the role

  • Create and maintain pricing plans according to internal principles and targets.
  • Support the GTM Head and OpCos with pricing requests and analysis.
  • Analyse pricing and product performance and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Support the GTM Head with the development and implementation of Go to Market strategies for new products.
  • Liaise often with OpCo leads about sales performances and review product range.
  • Coordinate with other business departments such as Marketing, Collections, Ops, and After Sales.
  • Contribute to growth within the Upsell team.
  • Support the GTM Head with the conception and implementation of additional initiatives.

About you

  • Proven work experience in an Analysis or Business-related role (for example Market Analyst, Sales, Growth, Marketing or any other similar role).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Methodical and strategic thinker who is unafraid to take initiative.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills – We want a good communicator.
  • Business driven but people focused and enjoys tackling challenges.
  • Organised and respects time commitments.
  • Passion for social enterprises, development of people and environmental benefits.
