Job description

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Junior Sales Operations Manager with to develop and oversee effective systems and processes to reduce friction in the sales process and support the fast growth of the company. You will play a key role in improving Sales productivity and success. Responsible for improving Sales Operations, you will work on strategic plans, horizontal management using CRM/ERM/ERP implementation and derive actionable insights for senior leaders. You will continuously evolve first class Sales Processes including: Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Territory Planning, Deal Reviews, Business Reviews and more. You will oversee the data analytics to solve complex business problems and aid in strategic planning.

Natural intelligence, flexible mindset, adaptability to change and ability to embrace a steep learning curve are very important in our fast moving workplace.

Whilst the role is currently focused in the African market primarily, it will require working on potential projects across the globe. You will be traveling at least 20% of the time.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics)
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in Sales Operations

  • Fluency in 2 languages English + (French, Portuguese or German)
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities

  • Ability to plan, organise, implement and manage CRM data
