Role brief

You are an experienced professional with a high level of understanding of compliance, corporate and administrative tasks also with an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset wishing to make a difference on one of the most innovative and competitive market. You feel comfortable dealing with administrative tasks and corporate documentation of project companies and holdings and you can drive and control external compliance model such as 231 and internal compliance procedure such company’s declarations towards public authorities. Previous experience in multinational companies from renewable energy, solar projects or infrastructure sector and/or a top-tier law firm will be considered as a plus. Most importantly you need to have a genuine interest to work in the renewable and energy infrastructure that is pushing you to exceed and excel over a very fast and dynamic work environment.


About the role

  • Take care of the office, making sure it’s pristine, well furnished, comfortable, and has whatever is needed for the company operations to run smoothly.
  • Be the point of reference for all the types of requests, supporting the employees and working directly with the Head of BD and HR teams in scheduling meetings, interviews, conferences, reports.
  • Assisting with employee welfare activities, maintaining strong back office support for management travels.
  • Assist the legal team in all the process and activities required to incorporate NewCo (opening of bank accounts and other admin activities etc).
  • Assist the PM and legal team in all the admin activities required to transfer to the NewCo.

  • Support on the preparation of the documentation necessary for the filing of the projects before administrative regulatory authorities and control the completeness of the project documentation being filed.
  • Assist in the drafting and reviewing of documentation related to the development of the projects for obtaining the planning approvals and the environmental permits.
  • Manage and control any communications related to the Italian companies sharing them with the rest of the team.
  • Ensure internal and external processes and procedures for compliance are enforced in order to release the relevant signature from the directors or attorneys.
  • Keeping record of all the entities through an updated organigram.
  • Planning and scheduling events supporting business, legal and HR.


About you

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the administrative and corporate secretary.
  • Advanced skills in email/PEC management, planning and organising.
  • Experience in multinational companies from renewable energy, solar projects or infrastructure sector and/or a top-tier law firm as paralegal will be considered as a plus.
  • Team player and good relationship builder.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environmental.
  • Fluent Eglish.
