The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) will organise a webinar in the context of its Small Hydropower Campaign, in order to present its position paper on small hydro and case studies from Smart Hydro Power, PHPower and the International Center on Small Hydro Power (ICSHP) to the network of the ARE Secretariat and the Small Hydro Task Force members.
 
The webinar aims to promote the benefits of decentralised small hydropower solutions amongst practitioners and decision-makers in developing and emerging markets. Given its huge but very often unknown potential, ARE is focusing its campaign on different regions starting with Latin America.
