Renpower Angola

Angola’s initiative to decarbonize its energy mix and achieve 70% of energy generated from renewable energy sources — hydro, biomass, solar and wind — by 2025, it is estimated that the country requires an investment of around USD 23.3 billion. Large investment will also be needed in the power infrastructure and modernisation of the grid with innovative solutions in-grid and off-grid to connect new RE plants and make uniform the universal access to electricity.
