Kitonyoni solar PV mini-grid
The 13.5 kWp Kitonyoni cooperative project has provided valuable insight into village demand profiles and system performance.

The village has since the implementation of the mini-grid seen accelerated development and businesses, a new maternity unit and cooperative micro-financing schemes open to all the community. The cooperative continues to manage the project independently with great success, benefitting over 3,000 people.
