Off-Grid Experts Workshop: Enhancing the End Users’ Off-Grid Technology Experience Training

ARE Member Phaesun is putting together an extensive extensive three-day workshop programme that includes expert lectures given by international experts, Do-It Yourself Workshops, discussions and networking activities, the different applications of independent solar, wind and hydropower are carefully examined. Topics such as rural electrification, solar water supply, water desalination and applications in the industrial and leisure time sector are in the foreground. In the framework of the workshop programme, visitors can also inform themselves about the enterprises and their product innovations and services at fair booths on a surface of more than 800 m².

An ARE-Stimulus training as part of Phaesun’s Off-Grid Experts Workshop Tech-Day

ARE, together with its Pakistani Member Stimulus, will offer two free-of-cost workshop trainings to expand participants’ knowledge of rural electrification market developments, including industry trends and RET/business model innovations, to encourage off-grid practitioners to be more customer-oriented, resulting in greater customer engagement and enhanced customer satisfaction – throughout the solar PV deployment process. Particular focus will be on South Asia and Pakistan.

This interactive and engaging customer service workshop targets professionals working in the field of off-grid solar PV e.g. suppliers, installers, project developers, consultants, etc, introducing them to core strategies that enhance human engagement and bring solar PV projects to life.
