The European Renewable Energy Council (EREC) is organising the workshop “Future EU programming period 2014-2020: Funds earmarked for sustainable energy projects” with the objective of providing a better understanding of the new EU financial framework, as well as knowledge on best practices on the use of Structural and Cohesion funds in renewable energy and energy efficiency, improvement of skills and networking. The workshop will also present policy recommendations drafted by the project partners on how to use Structural and Cohesion funds for the period 2014-2020.
As the last event of the Intelligent Energy Europe project SF Energy Invest, it will gather representatives of national, regional and local governments, managing authorities, the European Commission and Parliament, financial institutions and market partners.
