ARE General Assembly 16 February 2012
On 16 February 2012 ARE organized its annual General Assembly, accompanied with the Networking Dinner on 15 February.
We were happy to welcome many of our members in Brussels and following the meeting online, and were glad to have several non-mebers taking part too and showing the interest in the activities carried out by the Alliance.
ARE's activities and achievements in 2011 were reported, and the objectives for 2012 discussed. More detailed information is available from the Secretariat.
Mr Rainer Hakala from the DevCo Energy Unit of the European Commission informed the participants about the energy cooperation initiatives of the EC, and more information can be found in the presentation here.
